Refund & Return Policy

Refunds:

We offer refunds for items returned within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, your refund will be processed back to your PayPal account. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Typically, PayPal refunds are processed instantly and the funds are credited immediately. Once the product has been reviewed, we will process the refund within 24 hours.

Returns:

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Return address:

The mailing address will be provided via email after the return application is submitted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the product has quality issues or is damaged during transit, the return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
  • If the product is in good condition without any issues, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

No additional transaction fee are required for returns.

Exchanges:

  5. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges Due to Customer Preferences:

In cases where customers request exchanges due to personal preferences (such as not liking the purchased style), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with both the return of the original item and the shipment of the exchanged item.

Exchanges Due to Shipping-Related Damage:

If an item is damaged during transit, resulting in the need for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return of the damaged item and the shipment of the replacement item. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders in pristine condition, and we will promptly address any damages incurred during shipping.
